From Product Feedback to Successful Upgrade

The Kael de team is mature, with its own designers and freight forwarders, and they chose us from multiple suppliers. The first batch of products was well-received by children upon its launch, but small batches of returns have occurred subsequently. The plastic shaft tips cracked when hitting real golf balls. After investigation, it was found that the issue was not related to quality, but rather a mismatch in usage scenarios. They should be used with foam balls.

We propose a three-step plan: inform customers of the product’s properties and prohibit hitting with real balls; recall problematic products; develop a new integrated mold, upgrading the material from ABS to nylon, which is more durable and resistant to high temperatures and extreme cold. The new sample passed the test on the first attempt, and mass production was arranged after only adjusting the appearance texture.

In May 2026, the first batch of large orders was successfully delivered after the molds were opened.
